Ozone Generator Return Policy
     
We
offer a very liberal return policy so that our customers may have a fair
chance to try out our products. We make it very easy for a customer to
return one of our products if they are not satisfied.
If
you are not happy with our products you may return it with one simple phone
call.
Residential customers
may return our machines within 30 days of receipt of the unit.
Commercial customers,
those units shipped to a business, may return our products within 15 days
of receipt of the unit.
Models XT-14000,
and XT-28000 are considered
commercial units and must be returned within 15
days.
All returns must
be called in for authorization before they are shipped back to us.
On the model
XT-120
there is a $25.00 restocking fee.
On the model
XT-240
there is a $30.00 restocking fee.
On the models
XT400,
and XT-800, there is
a $35.00 restocking fee.
On the models
XT-2000,
XT-4000,
XT6000,
and all HEPA filters there
is a $50.00 restocking fee.
On the XT-6000S
there is a $60.00 restocking fee.
On the Air-Duct
2000 there is a $40.00 restocking fee.
On the Super
7000 there is a $50.00 restocking fee.
On the XT-14000,
there is a 10% restocking fee.
On the XT-28000,
there is a 10% restocking fee.
On the XT-301
there is a $35.00 restocking fee.
On models XT-1800W
& XT-5600W there is a 10% restocking fee.
On returned UVL-56
lamps & B100SP
lamps there is a 15% restocking fee.
On returned Austin
Air HealthMate Jr. HEPA Filters there is a $25.00 restocking fee.
On returned Austin
Air HealthMate Jr. Plus HEPA Filters there is a $25.00 restocking fee.
On returned Austin
Air HealthMate Standard HEPA Filters there is a $35.00 restocking fee.
On returned Austin
Air HealthMate Superblend Plus HEPA Filters there is a $35.00 restocking
fee.

The returned product
must be in "like new" condition.
If the unit has
been excessively used, abused, or damaged, additional charges may be deducted
from the purchase price.
To return a product
you must first call us for approval.
No returns will
be accepted without prior authorization.
All units must
be returned in both their original boxes, the inner box and the outer protective
shipping box or there will be an additional charge. The inner boxes the
units come in are not strong enough to protect the unit during shipping,
please do not ship units in these boxes.
Shipping of the
products is non refundable, and is the customers responsibility.
The 30 day period
starts when the customer receives the product as shown by the online Fedex
delivery date as determined by the FedEx tracking number. A returned product
must be shipped out postmarked no later than the 30 day period.
Orders
over $6000.00
Orders over $6000.00
are only returnable with a minimum of a 25% restocking fee.
Please be sure
to understand how our machines operate, and the applications they will
be used for, before making a sizable purchase.
We advise customers
to buy test machines, and fully understand them, before making a large
purchase order with our company.

you on it's use before you buy.
Many times a customer
wants to return a product because they simply do not understand how to
operate it correctly.
If you purchase
a product from us rest assured you can always call us for help in the instruction
of it's use.
